A 50 meter wall, a 20 minute live show with 14 drummers, 8 dancers, a trumpet player and a singer, controlling lights in every window, all synchronized perfectly with the music, we had 2 months... we accepted the challenge!

Maria Kong's lab created an extraordinary new system for projection on buildings, a responsive system that takes data from VR (Virtual reality), musical composition & audio and many field sensors to transform dancers movements to visuals that can be projected on 3D objects. that system uses new algorithms for visual effects that feel and flow their data into live visual channels.

In short, and if you don’t understand complicated tech lingo, the entire stage became a massive robot, automatically controlling visual effects based on what was happening on stage.
